Doctor of Crusade Evangelism (D.C.E.)

The Doctor of Crusade Evangelism is an advanced professional degree designed for individuals who have a passion for sharing the gospel and engaging in evangelistic outreach on a large scale. This program equips students with advanced theological understanding, evangelistic strategies, leadership skills, and a deep commitment to proclaiming the message of Jesus Christ to the world.

Program Objectives:

  • Advanced Theological Foundation: The D.C.E. program aims to provide students with an advanced theological understanding of the gospel message and its implications for evangelism. Students will explore biblical theology, apologetics, missiology, and contextualization, enabling them to communicate the gospel effectively in diverse cultural and religious contexts.
  • Evangelistic Strategies and Methods: The program focuses on developing advanced evangelistic strategies and methods for effective outreach. Students will study various evangelistic approaches, such as mass evangelism, church planting, street evangelism, and media evangelism. They will learn to develop and implement strategic plans for reaching people with the message of Jesus Christ.
  • Leadership in Evangelism: Students will develop leadership skills specific to evangelistic ministry. They will learn to lead and mobilize teams, organize evangelistic events and campaigns, train volunteers, and create a culture of evangelism within churches and ministries.
  • Discipleship and Follow-up: The program emphasizes the importance of discipleship and follow-up in evangelistic ministry. Students will learn to develop strategies for nurturing new believers, providing spiritual guidance, and integrating them into the life of the Church.
  • Cultural Engagement: Students will explore how to engage with diverse cultures and worldviews in a respectful and meaningful way. They will study cross-cultural communication, contextualization, and the challenges of evangelizing in various cultural and religious contexts.
  • Personal Spiritual Formation: The program prioritizes the personal spiritual formation of students. Students will engage in spiritual disciplines, retreats, and mentorship to deepen their relationship with God, cultivate a vibrant prayer life, and develop a heart for evangelism and missions.

  • Evangelistic Ministry Leadership: Graduates of the D.C.E. program can serve as leaders in evangelistic ministries, such as evangelistic organizations, para-church organizations, or church-based evangelism teams. They can lead and organize large-scale evangelistic campaigns, conferences, and events.
